The end of 2018 is coming up fast. Is improving your work-life balance on your list of resolutions for next year?

Here’s my idea:
Starting on Monday 3rd December 2018 I’ll be posting one simple question in my Facebook group each working day. As you answer them you’ll get insights into how you can make changes to improve your work-life balance in 2019. I’ll only be posting Monday to Friday – after all a good work-life balance includes time off. And the last one will arrive on 21st December since that’s my birthday and after that my balance will focus on celebrating.
So: 15 questions over 15 working days and by Christmas you’ll be ready to roll. When the New Year arrives your resolution to have better work-life balance will seem easy*. You might even continue for the year rather than giving up in despair by mid February!
